  • Rebuild and repair trailers that have been identified with quality issues before they leave the yard.
  • Follow detailed work instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality output and adherence to specifications.
  • Lift and move materials and components weighing 50+ lbs regularly throughout the shift while remaining on your feet.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are used safely and correctly.

  • Experience working from blueprints or detailed written instructions to complete technical assemblies.
  • Ability to adapt from repair/rebuild work into full assembly responsibilities as training progresses.
  • Willingness to train on first shift for the initial week and then transition to the designated shift schedule.

Why Work Here?

Employees benefit from consistent overtime opportunities, providing the chance to increase earnings while supporting strong production demand. The organization offers job security backed by a substantial backlog of work and long-term partnerships with major logistics providers. Weekly payroll ensures reliable, predictable compensation, and the structured training on first shift helps new team members ramp up quickly and confidently.

Work Environment

This role is based in a very large manufacturing facility that is not climate controlled, so it tends to be cool in the winter and hot in the summer. The environment is loud, and ear plugs are required and provided. Assemblers work 10-hour shifts, with 1st shift typically running from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with regular overtime available on Fridays for approximately 8 hours. All employees train on first shift during their first week (5:30 AM to 4:00 PM) before reporting to their designated shift starting in the second week.
