Why Work Here?

You will have the opportunity to work steady first-shift hours with significant overtime potential, allowing you to increase your earnings while building your skills. The environment offers varied, custom work that keeps each day different and engaging, giving you the chance to work on unique projects rather than repetitive production. You will join a team that values reliability, strong work ethic, and craftsmanship, providing a setting where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and project success.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing facility that produces construction products such as corrugated piping, operating as a job shop rather than a high-volume production line. Work is driven by custom orders and specific customer requests, so the pace can be demanding with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering on time. The facility is not temperature controlled, so conditions can be very hot during summer months and cold in winter, requiring comfort working in varying temperatures. You will use equipment such as handheld plasma cutters, grinders, welding machines (MIG, Stick, and potentially TIG and flux core), and material handling tools including cranes, hoists, and chains in a busy, hands-on fabrication environment.
