Job Description
Job Summary (in List Format): Technical Product Owner
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
- Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap
- Align product priorities with business objectives and organizational strategy
- Evaluate product performance and adjust priorities based on business outcomes
- Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog
- Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
- Ensure development teams have clear direction and well-defined priorities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
- Facilitate discussions to understand business challenges and opportunities
- Communicate progress, priorities, and product decisions to stakeholders
- Work closely with Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Clarify requirements and support sprint planning activities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and help remove roadblocks impacting delivery
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable user stories
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ensure product enhancements deliver measurable business value
