Julia Valler Event Staffing is urgently seeking personable, reliable, and professional Event Servers and Bartenders to join our Dallas team!

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or corporate events
• 1+ year of bartending experience required
• Experience serving executive-level or VIP clientele
• Professional, polished, and detail-oriented presentation
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Reliable, discreet, and comfortable working in a refined environment

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients alongside the boutique host, escort them to their seating area, and introduce them to the appropriate Sales Associate.
• Offer and serve coffee, water, and champagne promptly and courteously.
• Maintain an active presence on the boutique floor, anticipating clients’ needs and providing attentive service.
• Serve VIP clientele with professionalism, discretion, and respect for their privacy.
• Unpack and organize beverage deliveries, and restock refrigerators and shelves as needed.
• Monitor supply levels and notify the designated boutique team members when items need to be reordered.
• Follow all boutique policies, confidentiality requirements, and uniform and grooming standards.

Schedule:

You’ll work 3–5 days per week on a mutually agreed-upon schedule, with shifts scheduled within the hours listed below.

• Monday–Saturday: 11am–5pm
• Sunday: 12pm–5pm
• 30 minute paid break per shift

Location : Highland Park, TX (Dallas County).

Staff Rate: $24–$28 per hour (W-2)
