Interior design styles & aesthetics Color theory, materials, textures, light Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Bilingual or multilingual Understanding of workflows & prompts AIGC Content Production & Asset Building

• Content & Template Generation: Responsible for the large-scale production of AI home design templates, materials, and various AIGC content.
• Efficiency & Quality Improvement: Continuously optimize the quality and daily production efficiency of AIGC content generation, accumulating high-quality foundational design assets for the App (such as LoRA models for specific styles or preset scene libraries).

II. AI Output Evaluation & Standard Setting

• Professional Output Evaluation: Responsible for conducting professional visual and practical feasibility evaluations of the AI-generated interior design renders on the App.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration on Standards: Work closely with product managers and algorithm teams to jointly establish quantitative and qualitative standards for AI-generated outputs.
• Building Core Evaluation Systems: Lead the establishment of a standardized evaluation system encompassing core dimensions such as "rationality of spatial layout, coordination of furniture matching, style consistency, and visual aesthetics."

III. Model Optimization & Workflow Exploration

• Cutting-Edge Technology Exploration: Responsible for exploring the latest AIGC technologies and the most efficient design workflows, attempting to integrate them into the App's business pipeline.
• Badcase Analysis: Deeply analyze bad cases occurring during user generation or internal testing, continuously extracting professional interior design rules for the AI to learn from.
• Driving Model Iteration: Collaborate with algorithm engineers to continuously optimize model generation output, driving the application and iteration of AI design capabilities in actual App operations.

IV. Prompt Engineering & Model Style Tuning

• Prompt Engineering: Write and optimize the system's underlying prompts based on the target users' interaction patterns, ensuring users can generate high-quality design schemes through simple operations.
• Style Trend Insight & Tuning: Combine current popular interior design aesthetic trends (e.g., Cream style, Wabi-sabi, Minimalism), and assist in fine-tuning AI models to ensure the App's output aligns with current market aesthetic demands.
