Freelance Recruiter / Recruitment Partner US & Canada

Location: Remote

Engagement: Freelance / Independent Recruiter

Market: USA & Canada

Compensation: 40% of profit per successful placement

About the Opportunity

HRC Global Services is looking to collaborate with experienced Freelance Recruiters / Independent Recruitment Partners who have strong experience recruiting for the US and Canadian markets .

This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity for recruiters who have their own candidate network and database and are looking to work on quality mandates without the constraints of a traditional full-time recruitment role.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on recruitment mandates across the US and Canada.

• Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability against the requirements.
• Share qualified profiles with the HRC team for further coordination with clients.
• Maintain regular communication and provide timely candidate updates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future mandates.
• What We Are Looking For
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Experience recruiting for US and/or Canadian positions .
• A strong personal candidate database and professional network.
• Ability to independently source and qualify candidates.
• Good understanding of candidate compensation, work authorization, notice periods, and market expectations.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Compensation

  This is a profit-sharing freelance model .

  The recruiter will receive 40% of the profit generated from each successful placement.

  There is no fixed monthly salary; earnings are directly linked to successful closures.
