Raleigh-Durham, NC
You’ll step into a practice that’s spent decades standing between North Carolina families and the worst days of their lives – and you’ll be the one they trust at the table, in the conference room, and in the courtroom.
This is for the seasoned family law litigator who loves the strategy, lives for the hearing, and still leads with compassion.
You’ll manage your own docket end-to-end, drive case strategy, and be the voice clients lean on when everything is on the line.
If you’ve built your career in North Carolina family law and want your next move to actually matter, we want to talk to you.
You’ll focus exclusively on core North Carolina family law matters across the greater Raleigh area:
Every file on your desk will involve real people, real risk, and real impact.
You’re the attorney other lawyers call when a family law case turns high-conflict and high-stakes. You know the North Carolina courts, you’re comfortable trying cases, and you can pivot from aggressive advocacy to practical compromise when it serves your client.
You bring a track record of moving tough divorces, custody battles, and support disputes to resolution while keeping clients informed, prepared, and grounded throughout the process.
High-signal experience: divorce litigation • equitable distribution • custody trials • child support hearings • alimony disputes • domestic violence protective orders • separation agreements • custody agreements • mediations • North Carolina family law practice
You’re not building a family law practice from scratch – you’re stepping into a well-established North Carolina practice with a long-standing reputation for strong advocacy and client care.
You’ll have the autonomy to run your cases like a seasoned litigator, with support from experienced attorneys and staff who know how to move matters forward.
On top of meaningful work, you’ll see it recognized with a competitive base plus bonus structure, along with healthcare benefits, a retirement program with company match, paid malpractice insurance, paid CLE, paid Bar dues, and PTO.
Active license and good standing with the North Carolina State Bar required.
Minimum 5 years of family law experience required.
If you’re a North Carolina family law litigator ready to own your cases and make a direct impact for families in the Raleigh area, let’s connect in confidence.
