What You'll Do

As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems used in automated manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assemble and wire electrical control panels and automation equipment
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
  • Install electrical components including relays, PLCs, power supplies, sensors, switches, terminal blocks, and circuit breakers
  • Route, terminate, and label wiring according to engineering drawings
  • Perform electrical testing, continuity checks, and functional verification
  • Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve assembly issues
  • Support machine startup, debugging, and final inspections
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with technical training in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of electrical assembly, machine building, or industrial manufacturing experience
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with automation equipment and pneumatic systems
  • Familiarity with PLC-controlled machinery
  • Experience building custom machinery or industrial equipment
