Robinson & Casey is seeking a hands-on Marketing Director to lead the firm's marketing strategy, brand development, digital presence, and lead generation initiatives. This role will be responsible for translating the firm's business goals into actionable marketing plans while building systems, processes, and accountability across all marketing functions.
This is not a business development or referral-generation role. The ideal candidate will focus on marketing strategy, website optimization, digital advertising, branding, content creation, vendor management, and marketing performance analysis.
The Marketing Director will work closely with the Chief Relationship Officer and CEO to develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen the firm's brand, increase qualified leads, and support long-term growth objectives.
Who We Are
At Robinson & Casey, we believe that compassion and doing things the right way go hand in hand. We specialize in Behavioral Health Law — the Marchman Act and Guardianship — which means we walk alongside families in the hardest moments of their lives, guiding them down proven legal paths to lifesaving treatment for their loved ones.
We're not just in the business of law. We're in the business of helping families rebuild, recover, and move forward — through systems that work, processes we trust, and a team that shows up for every family we serve.
Our values — Honesty, Courage, Integrity, Empathy, Perseverance, and Service — guide everything we do.
Out of respect for our office and hiring process, please apply via the online application. Applicants who reach out to the Firm will automatically be disqualified.

What We Offer
At Robinson & Casey, we believe there is a right way to serve families in crisis — through proven systems, clear roles, and consistent execution. We hire thoughtfully and with intention because the families who come to us cannot afford anything less.
We seek individuals who combine professional excellence with empathy and accountability — people who take ownership of their role, follow the processes we've built, welcome feedback, and look for ways to make good systems even better. Our hiring process is designed to ensure alignment on expectations, values, and long-term fit before someone joins the team. Above all, we look for people who care deeply about the families we serve and who understand that doing things the right way is how we save lives.
