** What You’ll Be Doing:**
* Apply fertilizer and crop protection products with **precision and care**, following blend sheet instructions.
* Ensure **accurate application** and maintain **exceptional attention to detail**.
* Engage with customers in a **professional and friendly manner**, helping build long-term relationships.
* Support **daily operations**, including inventory management, product deliveries, and customer service.
* Assist with **equipment maintenance and agronomy sales** during the off-season.
* Work with a variety of crops including **corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa**.
