This is a full-time / part- time , fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from your home office. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional service experience and representing the values of our organisation. Responsibilities

* Manage a high volume of inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
* Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate information and achieve satisfactory resolutions.
* Troubleshoot technical issues, handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
* Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
* Stay updated on our products, services, and policies to provide knowledgeable support.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer support or call centre role is highly desirable.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
* Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively in a remote environment.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant computer software.
* A high degree of empathy, patience, and resilience when handling challenging situations.
* Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
* A self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently.
